Welcome to Serene hut. This Privacy Policy explains how Rp Group of Company collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our resort booking request application. The App allows users to browse resorts and submit booking requests. No payments are processed in the App.

- Booking Request Details: Resort selected, dates, number of guests, special notes, and your contact information to coordinate your request.
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, and analytics events (e.g., screens viewed). This helps improve stability and performance.
- Communications: Messages you send to us (e.g., support requests).
Note: The App does not collect or process payment card data because payments are not supported in the App.

- To create and manage your user account.
- To process and relay your resort booking requests to resort partners and to communicate with you about those requests.
- To provide, maintain, and improve App functionality and user experience.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

3) Sharing & Disclosure
We may share information in these situations:
- Resort Partners: We share booking request details with the relevant resort(s) to check availability and coordinate your request.
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors who host our services, provide analytics, crash reporting, or customer support, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal & Safety: If required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
4) Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining your account and booking history, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time (see Your Rights & Choices).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, role‑based access, and regular updates. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6) Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7) Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Update: You can access and update account information in the App.
- Delete Account: You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at developer@roadprince.com.pk or via in‑app settings if available.
- Opt-Out of Analytics: Where supported, you may limit analytics or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Regional Rights: Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g., request a copy of your data or object to processing). Contact us to exercise these rights.
8) International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with applicable law.
